Champagne Dressing               


Ingredients:
1 bunch scallions, minced
2 large stalks celery fine chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup champagne
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Mix all and use for chicken or turkey salad. Goes well with a fruited poultry salad that includes grapes and nuts.

Makes 5 Cups
