Cheese and Lemon Dressing  

 

Ingredients:
4 ounces of blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
1/4 cup of juice
3/4 cup of salad oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of diary sour cream

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients ex cept the sour cream in a blender or electric mixer. Add the sour cream and stir until well blended. Chill before serving. Serve with seafood or mixed salad greens.
