Chipotle Mayonnaise  
 

Ingredients:
1 cup of mayonnaise or Mexican crema
2 tablespoons of chipotle salsa, or the adobo from the canned chipotles

Directions:
Mix the mayonnaise or crema with the chipotle salsa in a medium bowl. Store in a small jar, refrigerated. Mayonnaise mixture keeps for months, crema mixture for 1 to 2 weeks. Makes 1 cup.
