Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 C. minced fresh basil
3/4 C. thawed orange juice concentrate
1/2 C. water
3 T. whit e wine vinegar
1-1/2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon
1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; stir well with a whisk.Serve with salad greens or
fruit. Yield: 12 servings. |
