Creamy Dijon Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Dijon mustard
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. orange juice
1/2 C. honey
2 T. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Salad greens and vegetables of your choice.
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the first six ingredients; cover and
process until smooth. Serve over greens and vegetables. Store in refrigerator.
Shake before serving.
Yield: 1-2/3 cups. |
