Creamy Italian Dressing   
 

Ingredients:
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. small onion, quartered
1 T. sugar
2 T. red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
 

Directions:
Process all ingredients in container of electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Cover and chill. Serve over salad greens.
Yield: 1 cup.
