Danish Blue Cheese Dressing  
 

Ingredients:
1 c Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sour Cream
2/3 c Buttermilk
1 ts Lemon Juice
1/2 ts Grated Onion
1/2 ts Minced Garlic
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Combine ingredients in order given, blending well after each addition.Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Stir before using.
