Fruit Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
6 pieces, candied ginger - chopped fine - by hand or in food processor
2 cups of sour cream
2 tablespoons, honey
6 chopped mint leaves
Directions:
Gently blend all ingredients - Garnish with grated orange zest.
For a lighter dressing, use 1 cup, heavy cream - whipped to soft peaks - instead
of the sour cream. Blend 3 or 4 tablespoons of orange juice into the honey, over
low heat, stirring to blend well. Allow mixture to cool before folding into
soft-whipped cream along with the finely chopped ginger and mint.
