Hawaiian Ginger Dressing
Ingredients:
7 tablespoons red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons salad oil
3 tablespoons cut up, peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt
8 tablespoons crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon MSG (optional)
Directions:
In a blender, combine vinegar, oil and fresh ginger. Blend well on high speed
(15 seconds). Add salt, pineapple, sugar and M.S.G., if used. Blend for another
15 seconds. Refrigerate any unused portion.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups. |
