Honey Mustard Salad Dressing   

 

Ingredients:
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 T. plus 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 T. white vinegar
1 T. honey
1 T. prepared horseradish
Dash of paprika
Dash of hot sauce
 

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; beat with a wire whisk until blended. Serve over salad greens.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
