Horseradish Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 C. oil
1 T. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 C. vinegar
1/4 C. sugar
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes about 2 cups.
Good with mixed greens, raw vegetables, and pasta salads.
Note: Horseradish is especially good combined with balsamic vinegar in salad
dressings and marinades. |
