Raspberry Shallot Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 teaspoon each sugar, salt, fresh ground pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 finely minced shallot (green onion)
3/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
Combine all in a lidded jar. Shake vigorously Makes 1 1/4 cups |
