Vidalia Onion Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar with garlic
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 cup chopped Vidalia Sweet Onion
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender or small food processor and mix until well
blended. May be stored in refrigerator for several weeks. Delicious with fresh
spinach, mushrooms, or salads. Can be used as a dip for vegetables. Also good
dressing for shredded cabbage .
