Yellow-Pepper Salad Dressing  

 

Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper, cut up
2 T. white balsamic or white wine vinegar
1-2 T. olive oil
¾ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
