Artisan Tuna Sandwiches Recipe

Artisan Tuna Sandwiches

6 French or Italian sandwich rolls, split lengthwise
Garlic-flavored mayonnaise
6 lettuce leaves
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans (6 ounces each) CHICKEN OF THE SEA Chunk Light Tuna, drained and flaked
12 slices avocado
12 red onion rings
Pepper to taste
Creamy Italian dressing


Spread cut sides of rolls with desired amount of mayonnaise. Layer bottom halves of rolls with lettuce, cheeses, tuna, avocado and onion. Season with pepper. Drizzle dressing over sandwich filling; top with top halves of rolls. Yield: 6 servings.
