Spicy Asian Turkey Burgers
1 1/2 pounds ground lean turkey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns
In large bowl combine together turkey, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, ginger
and sesame oil. Mix well with hands or wooden spoon. Form into 4 patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook
until no longer pink on the inside, turning once, about 10 minutes. Serve with
favorite condiments on buns.
Makes 4 servings.
