Fish Fillet Sandwich with White Sauce

4 slice white bread
2 tsp butter
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 slice fillet of trout or any white fish
1/2 cup grated mozarella or gruyere cheese
2 tsp margarine
x salt, pepper and paprika
1 Preheat oven to 400 F.
2 Spread margarine on half of the bread slices.
3 On the other half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a
dash of ground black pepper.
4 Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat,
until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).
5 Poach fish in salted water, cook for about 5-6 minutes.
6 Make a white sauce by melting the butter in a small sauce pan over medium
7 Add the flour, then mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
8 Pour in the milk, the mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce
cook over low heat until it thickens.
9 Add the poached fish fillets to the white sauce and let it cook for about 2
10 Place fish fillets and some white sauce on the toasted bread slices with
margarine. Sprinkle with paprika, then top with the toasted bread with melted
cheese to make a sandwich
