Ham & Honey Pear glazed Sandwich

8 slices Italian-style bread
Honey Mustard
1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese--med. thick slices
2 large, firm but ripe Bartlett pears, cut into 12ths.
3/4 lb. deli ham-sliced
1 bunch spinach, de-stemmed, washed and dried

Lightly toast bread slices. Spread a thin layer of honey mustard on all 8 slices of bread. Top four of the slices with Swiss. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Divide the pears, ham and spinach into fourths. Place the pear slice on the melted cheese, then the ham, drizzle 1/2 tsp. of regular honey on ham, and place down on the pear, place the spinach on the ham . Top with the remaining pieces of bread. Serve warm. It helps to return them to the pan ham side of the sandwich down to melt the honey some over the pear.
