Italian Beef Melt

2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 pound Alpine Lace® Deli 97% Fat Free Roast Beef, sliced 1/8-inch, cut into
8 (1-ounce) sliced Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, cut in half
4 hoagie or brat buns, split
Combine spaghetti sauce and green onions in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium
heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (4 to 5 minutes). Add
roast beef; continue cooking until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).Heat broiler.
To assemble sandwiches, place hoagie bun halves onto ungreased baking sheet,
cut-side up. Divide beef mixture among buns; top each with 2 triangles cheese.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).
