Ranch Hand Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Roasted red chili flavors in Pace® Enchilada Sauce season slowly braised pork
for authentically flavored sandwiches. Top pork sandwiches with cheese and
coleslaw.
Prep. time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 60
1 lb. boneless pork chops
1 jar (17.5 oz.) enchilada sauce
8 rolls
Shredded Cheddar cheese
coleslaw
COOK pork chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Add enchilada sauce and heat
to a boil. Cover and cook 45 min. or until very tender.
REMOVE pork from sauce and cool slightly. Pull pork into shreds using two forks.
Return pork to sauce and heat through.
SERVE on rolls. Top with cheese and coleslaw. Makes 8 sandwiches.
