Marinated Roasted Pepper Roll-Ups

1 jar (12 ounces) DUNBARS Marinated Roasted Peppers
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onions
6 flour tortillas or bread wraps (6 inches)
Drain oil from the marinated peppers. Set aside garlic cloves from marinated
peppers for later use. Place pepper pieces on paper towels and pat dry. Place
cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions and garlic in a food
processor. Cover and process until smooth. Spread over tortillas.
Place a thin layer of pepper on top of the cheese layer. Roll up jelly-roll
style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before
serving, cut into 1-in. pieces. Yield: 3 dozen.
