Tuna and Basil Pocket Sandwiches

2 cans (6 ounces each) CHICKEN OF THE SEA
Chunk Light Tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup peppercorn ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Pepper to taste
2 cups torn arugula or other salad greens
6 pita breads (6 inches), halved
3 tablespoons cashew halves, slivered almonds,
pecans or peanuts
In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; gently mix until well coated.
To assemble sandwiches, evenly divide arugula and tuna filling into each pita
bread half. Sprinkle nuts over filling. Yield: 6 servings.
