Tuna Caesar Wraps Recipe


Tuna Caesar Wraps

6 large romaine leaves, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup roasted garlic Caesar salad dressing
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
6 sun dried tomato or garden vegetable sandwich

wraps
2 cans (6 ounces each) CHICKEN OF THE SEA
Chunk Light Tuna, drained and flaked
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
In a large bowl, combine romaine, onion, dressing and cheese; blend well. Divide romaine mixture evenly down the center of each wrap. Spoon tuna over romaine mixture. Top with egg and tomato. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up wraps. Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings
