Brandy Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon brandy

Method:
In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and beat until thickened. Makes 1 cup. Yield 8 servings
