Ingredients: 12 ounces cranberries, whole, raw 1 fluid ounce lime juice, fresh-squeezed 1 fluid ounce orange juice, fresh-squeezed 2 tablespoons honey 2 ounces green onion, finely chopped 2 teaspoons jalapeņo, seeded, minced 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked 1/2 fluid ounce Tequila Method: In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process just until mixed to a chunky consistency. (The salsa should not be too smooth.) Refrigerate until needed. |
