Ingredients: 1/3 c. chopped onion 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1/3 c. honey 3 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice 3 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. fresh grated orange peel 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. fresh squeezed orange juice 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch Method: In small saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, orange peel and salt. Gradually blend orange juice into cornstarch; add to onion mixture. Heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. |
