Ingredients: 4 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. mustard 1/2 c. honey 1 tsp. curry 1 tsp. salt Method: Combine ingredients and heat in microwave or in a saucepan to blend. Great with chicken or game hens. Use as a glaze the last 1/2 of cooking and pass as a sauce at the table. |
