Ingredients: One 6-ounce can peaches in syrup 3/4 cup apricot preserves or jam 3 tablespoons Curaçao liqueur Method: In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches with the syrup until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and stir in the preserves and liqueur. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Keep warm until ready to use. 6 to 8 servings |
