Ingredients: 1-12oz can 7-up or Sprite 3 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tablespoon horseradish Method: Mix all the above ingredients. Excellent on Pork Roast,or Ham,or corned beef. I do not measure my ingredients every time so please add a tad and then taste and adjust as desired. We tend to like it a bit sweeter and we sometimes add more mustard. Also when I begin my roasting of ham or pork, I like to just pour a little to coat first and then continue basting with the glaze. If you want a thicker glaze, use only a 1/2 can of the pop. Good Luck Thank you Carol for this great recipe |
