Chyrel's Recipes From Friends
Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Oil
3 tb Brown sugar
3 ea Cloves garlic
1 tb Fresh ground ginger
2 tb Wine

Method:
Smash the garlic. I use red wine for beef, white wine for chicken. Marinate the meat for 4 hours up. Baste the meat with the sauce while cooking.
