1/4 cup ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground ginger
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Shake well to mix.
USE: Add 1 teaspoon per pie. Stir into applesauce.
