Spinach Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 can (13 3/4 ounces) ready-to-serve chicken broth
1 package (9.5 ounce)
frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/2 cup cooked rice
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
Instructions
Bring broth and spinach to a full boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice. Cover.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
Makes 3 servings
Recipe can be doubled. You can add cooked chicken, shrimp or use your
