Dublin Baked Potatoes Recipe


Dublin Baked Potatoes 

 

Ingredients:
medium baking potatoes
1 tbsp. butter per potato
1 tbsp. minced onion per potato
1 tbsp. minced bell peper per potato
1-1/2 tsp. cream per potato
1 drop worcestershire sauce per potato
2 cups. shredded corned beef for every 4 potatoes
salt an pepper to taste
 


Directions:
Bake potatoes. Let Cool. Cut potatoes in half length wise Scoop out potato and place in bowl. mash potatoes with cream. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and peppers until soft Add onions, peppers and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning Stuff potato shells with potato mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes.
