Clam Roll Ups
Ingredients:
1 loaf thinly sliced bread
3 cans clams (6.5 oz)
1/3 C thinly sliced onions
½ C mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worchester Sauce ¾ tsp. garlic powder
¼ to ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
6 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
6 TBSP melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 Mix all ingredients except bread and butter.Cut crusts off
bread and roll each slice until very thin. Spread about 1 TBSP mixture on bread
and roll it.Brush each roll with butter and arrange on greased cookie sheet.Bake
for approximately 12 minutes (until golden brown)
