Nacho Chicken Cheese Spread
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon packaged taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup cooked fresh or drained canned corn
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
Combine cheese, chicken, sour cream and seasoning mix in a medium bowl. Stir in
corn and green chilies. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
Serve as spread to use on crackers.
