Spiced Cranberry Sauce

My mother-in-law brought this last Thanksgiving. It was really good.
12 ounces cranberries
1/2 cup honey
2-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves (she used 12 so feel free to adjust this)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup water
In saucepan combine all and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for 5-10
minutes or until thickened. Can make 2 days in advance. Serve at room
Yield: "2 1/4 cups"
