Cranapple Sauce             


6 to 8 apples
2 cups cranberries
1 cup sugar
Ground Cinnamon, to taste

Directions: 1. Wash, pare, quarter and core apples.
2. Place in a 2-quart saucepan. Add 1/2 inch water; cover and simmer until tender.
3. Add sugar and washed cranberries; stir.
4. Watch closely and as soon as mixture begins to boil, cover and remove from heat.
5. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes. Season to taste with cinnamon.
