Lattice Topped Turkey Pie
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 10 oz. package frozen English peas
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
3 dashes hot sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
2 tsp sesame seeds
radish slices (optional)
fresh parsley (optional)
Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12x8x2 -inch baking dish.
Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into
4 long strips and 4 short
strips. Arrange strips in a lattice design across the top of your casserole.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish
slices and fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.
