Mashed Potato & Bean Turkey Bake

1 box (7.2 oz.) BETTY CROCKER® home style creamy butter mashed potatoes (2 pouches and seasoning)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


3. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and 3/4 cup onions. Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden.

2. Mix soup and milk in 3-quart baking dish. Stir in beans, turkey, 3/4 cup French Fried Onions and 1 cup cheese. Spoon mashed potatoes on top.

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Make potatoes as directed on package for 2 pouches (8 servings). Set aside.

Makes 8 servings

Tip: Two 14.5 oz. cans cut green beans (drained) may be used instead of frozen beans.
