Turkey & Potato Casserole
1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (2 pound bag)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1, 16 ounce container sour cream
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups cooked turkey or chicken
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Place in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350F for about 1 hour.
