1 9" pie crust
1 cup milk
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 cup cooked shredded turkey
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (canned will due)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake pie crust for 5 minutes
Beat eggs with milk, and nutmeg; set aside.
In a pan, sauté onions in oil or butter until softened.
Add turkey and tomatoes.
Remove from heat.
Mix in cheeses and milk/egg mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until a knife is clean when tips is put inside
