Pumpkin Blondie's

2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsps cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cups butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup 100% pure pumpkin

2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsps butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsps imitation maple flavor, or vanilla (I used a tsp of pancake syrup)

Heat oven to 350F. Grease a 15x10x1" jelly-roll pan. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Set aside. Combine brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter and vanilla in large mixer. Beat at medium, scraping bowl until creamy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add pumpkin; mix well. Reduce speed to low; add flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes back clean. Cool completely.

Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, 2 Tbsps butter and powdered sugar in small bowl. Beat until smooth. Add enough maple or vanilla flavor for desired consistency. Spread over cooled bars. Cut to serve. Makes 60 bars
