Orange Cranapple Stuffing




Ingredients:
2 cups cranberries
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 pound turkey sausage meat removed from casings
8 cups crumbled cornbread
3 large apples, diced
2 large oranges, sectioned and diced
2 celery stalks and leaves, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup parsley
2 tsp crumbled thyme
2 tsp crumbled marjoram
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Combine the cranberries, juice, sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Saute the sausage until browned and mix all of the other ingredients together toss gently and stuff the turkey.
