 Pecan Stuffing

4 cups pecans, chopped
4 cups bread cubes
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
