Cranberry Orange Relish

3 cups fresh whole cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
1/2 cup water

Combine all of the ingredients in a teflon coated saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries pop, about 5 minutes. Let cool and serve. This can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 week before serving.

Makes 2 cups.
