Weight Watchers 0 Point Mushroom Soup

1 cup per serving
2 cans fat-free beef broth
12-16 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 green onions, sliced (white and green parts)
Saute mushrooms in a sauce pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. (Butter- or
olive oil-flavored varieties are fine.)
Pour broth over mushrooms and heat through.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced green onion.
