WW: Bleu Cheese Pear Salad

Weight Watchers Bleu Cheese Pear Salad

Makes 4 Servings

1 bag (about 8 oz) fancy salad greens
1 fresh pear, cored and chopped
lemon juice
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup nonfat bleu cheese dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Sprinkle pear pieces with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
