Weight Watchers Make Ahead Mashed
8 large potatoes, peeled (24)
1 pkg. (8 oz) reduced fat cream cheese (16)
¼ cup reduced fat sour cream (2)
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt
and pepper. Mix well. Put in greased 2 quart casserole or baking dish. Cover.
May be stored in refrigerator for several days. Before serving bake uncovered in
350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
