WW: Pineapple Cranberry Relish Recipe

Weight Watchers Pineapple Cranberry Relish         
1 Point Per 2 tbs serving

2 c Cranberries (1/2 lb)
1/2 c Granulated . sweetener (2 tb. liquid)
1 c Crushed pineapple, drained

Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Grind raw cranberries, add pineapple and sweetener. This relish is tart, a good accompaniment to turkey or any other meat. It will keep well in the fridge for use with many meals. Remainder of package may be frozen in plastic bag.
