Cheese Shrimp Rolls          
Makes 10

1/4 pound small shrimp, peeled
2 small zucchini, shredded
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
10 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil

Combine shrimp, zucchini, cheese and garlic salt. Spoon out a heaping tablespoon mixture onto egg roll wrapper and wrap into a 3-inch-long roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers. Heat oil to 325 degrees. Fry shrimp rolls for about two minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
